Will Avinash Kumar Singh be new Chief Secretary of Jharkhand ?
Suspense persists in Jharkhand. So far, the Centre has not repatriated Union Government Secretary Shailesh Kumar Singh to the parent Jharkhand cadre and this has fuelled speculations of Avinash Kumar Singh being appointed new Chief Secretary of Jharkhand. He is 1993 batch IAS officer.
